With the TF02 Pro from Benewake, you get a LiDAR-based optical sensor that enables you to take ultra-precise distance or speed measurements at medium ranges up to a maximum of 40m. Its IP65 certification protects it even in the most adverse outdoor conditions (e.g. water jets) and its insensitivity to light (even at 100k lux) makes it resistant to glaring ambient light. The TF02-Pro achieves its accuracy, among other things, through the Time-of-Flight principle on which its technology is based. Together with its flexible operating system and convenient firmware options (e.g. remote updates), the TF02-Pro LiDAR sensor is an excellent and mass-market device for intelligent traffic or vehicle systems (drones, parking guidance systems, traffic monitoring). You achieve more precise results with fewer technical failures at the same time.
